I’ve learned over the years that health and fitness is vital to your success as an entrepreneur. Not only does it make you look and feel better but it also allows you to preform better in your every day work. It’s like the limitless drug that Bradley Cooper takes in the Movie Limitless. He takes this clear pill and it makes him, smarter, stronger, faster, and perform like a superhuman being. In my mind that Limitless drug is the combination of Health, Fitness, and meditation.
I practice these 3 things every single day and it makes me the most successful person I can possibly be. Every day I wake up between 5 and 6 am and go work out for 60 minutes or more. After that I spend 10 minutes meditating. This allows me to clear my head and visualize my success and everything I want to achieve in life. This combination of fitness and meditation is a jumpstart to my day like you would never believe. You need to try it to really understand. Not only do I feel energized and ready to take on the day but also I perform at my peak and I’m more creative with my work. This is extremely helpful as an Author and Podcaster.
The third trick is to eat healthy. This can be very hard at times, especially with all of the awesome food out there. Pizza can be my weakness, so I usually have that as my cheat meal from time to time. You need to splurge every once in awhile but you should try to eat healthy on a regular basis. What you eat has a huge effect on you feel, and how you perform while at work. I always say to eat like a Cave Man. If it’s a processed food then it’s probably not very good for you. If it grows outside, or is meat from an animal, then it is more then likely going to be good for you.
These 3 habits of Health, Fitness, and Meditation are the secret to my success in life. Practice them and you too can become the best person you can possibly be and look and feel good at the same time. It’s a win, win situation! Try it and you won’t regret it.
