MEDITATION TO THE TREE
This practice doesn’t need or any particular previous experience or a master to teach it. This meditation was a gift from beings of light who don’t ask for any tribute or gift. They just desire well being for ourselves and for the surrounding environment hosting us. Nobody can ask for any kind of contribution to teach it. The main objective of this meditation is to generate a positive thinking wave for the harmony of and within the world. This has to be seen as a personal commitment towards the environment; the energy itself returns us offering a self-dedicated space during the meditation. Through this gift, those who decide to connect their positive thinking with the harmonic wave of meditation, receive in return energy and arises in a state of purification and perfection enabling them to directly communicate with the Universe. This is a meditation of light, filtered by the light because only what is harmony is able to get in connection with the beings of light who hear and see ourthoughts. Anyone can access to it and anyone can practice it, provided that his thoughts are clear, compassionate, loving and facing goodness through the light. Anything that is not in harmony with the light does not have access to this connection.
How the Meditation to the Tree was born After years of research for personal development through the study and practice of various disciplines, I have come to meet and become a practitioner of shamanism. In shamanism, through an altered state of consciousness, you can enter a state of deep meditation where you can create your inner silence and connect with the consciousness of the universe and its intermediaries. Meditation to the Tree arrived to me at a time when, through meditation, I was looking for inner balance because doubts, uncertainties, fears and more were altering and disharmonizing the physical state of my being. Trying to understand what was the better state of consciousness to re-harmonize my condition, I turned to spiritual guides for advice. Among the various conditions that helped creating this state of unease in me, a great influence was determined by the condition of the environment and by what was happening, and continues to happen, in the world. I was aware that Icouldn’t do much to change the fate of the world, but also that I could not let this condition continue to aggravate my state, so, in this particular meditation, my initial intention was to seek energy for myself. What happened was a kind of vision, as often happens in shamanic altered state of consciousness, which in other circumstances can be described as lucid dreaming. During this visual communication, I saw an angel taking me a gift. It was a seed, he put it in my hands, then he gave me the following instructions on how to use it. Initially this practice was exclusively for my benefit, but after some time I received more information and it became clear that what I had received had a higher and broader purpose. In the first period I used to practice the meditation to the Tree to raise my energy, I was convinced that this practice had been given to me only for what I had asked, and indeed it was so, but I knew, or rather I guessed, that this practice could have other purposes. So,when I used to focus on meditation as I had been taught, I went on wondering if, actually, this practice should be limited exclusively to myself. The tree is a symbolic link between heaven and earth, and this symbolism generated in me the intuition that this gift was hiding something broader. While reading a text pointing out the catastrophic events occurring in the world, in which nature is accused to be cruel to be just because of its nature, I realized about the ability to create a massive system of thought that reveals the inner strength of thought. In the 2004 tsunami, for example, millions of people were mobilized by a compassionate thought which will was to help rebuilding the destroyed areas, while on the occasion of the 33 miners deeply trapped underground in Chile in 2013, the same thought of mass turned to a solution of liberation. It helped triggering a force of positive polarity that contributed to the realization of a common solution and saw all the miners get rescued(Kryon – recalibration of humanity, Lee Carroll, editions Stazione Celeste). At that moment a sort of intuition got activated, which led me to go back meeting the guides who transmitted to me the technique of the Meditation to the Tree. I was told that this meditation could be practiced with ease by anyone and could have become a worldwide practice, so that by connecting together a multiple connection of thought, it would become a powerful “Large-Scale Positive Thinking”. I thought that it would surely be a fantastic practice, but at the same time I felt inadequate for such a transmission, I did not have the means, and frankly speaking, I didn’t reckon I am on a level with it. Therefore I started a new dialogue with my guides, because on the contrary they were certain of not having been wrong in handing it to me. My first question was: “How can I bring this practice of meditation in the world? I do not know any foreign languages and I have no acquaintances with high level people”. Italmost seemed to me that I could express the answer myself “you don’t need to know other languages or have connections with people you define as important. Terms might require more time, but if one thing is considered as good, it will be spread by other than those which are believed to be the greatest communicators”. One thing I realized through this experience, and of which I am now aware, is that important acquaintances are not those that are called “serious connections” on which people hope to be able to rely on to get something thanks to their influential connections; I am rather aware that I am really in touch with several important people. Dare I say, more than important, those people are exceptional, and I am grateful to them. “However,” I dared to insist on my dialogue “to become a collective thought, a lot of people should be meditating at the same time”. It almost seemed that I was trying to find a way to break free from this task. “Just set a time, for example, between 8pmand 9pm, without a clear obligation of permanence. This meditation can take as little as two minutes if anyone believes lacking time; this facilitates the ability to carve out a space to run it”. The more I complicated my questions, the more simplified answers I received. “Well, but even then there would be many variations to consider, myself, in fact, I would be the first not to be able to maintain the commitment because, as shift workers, there would be days when I could not carve out those two minutes in that time break, even if I would like to”. “For this reason this practice must evolve at planetary level”. Everything was instantaneously crystal clear. “When this practice will be developed worldwide, no one will no longer need to comply with any time. Meditation will also be made at ten in the morning, because when here it will be ten am, in some other part of the world it will be eight in the evening and in this way you will be getting a network connection”. There was no way tocontest, all I had to do now was to begin.

MEDITATION TO THE TREE
First part
Find a place where to realize your meditation. If the meditation place is a room or a closed area, make it comfortable: enlighten a soft light and incenses if you wish. According to your feeling, you can listen to relaxing music, whatever music you feel appropriate. If your space is outdoors, makes sure it is away from any noise that might distract you … a place surrounded by nature is perfect, bring with you some object that you think may contribute to your relaxation, but do not to alter too much the natural environment. A natural space is already cosy as it is. If you’re outdoors, listen to the music of nature and let yourself relax within its harmony.
Now, sit comfortably, if you wish cross legs, or on a chair… If you prefer you can lay down. You can cover yourself with a blanket if you feel cold and cover your eyes with a scarf if you feel the need for more darkness. Listen to the harmony surrounding you… Listen to the rhythm of nature, you can perceive it through the regularity of you breath. Listen to your breath, feel the air entering your lungs while inspiring, and the air getting our while you expire… Get concentrated on your breath… After a hile, you’ll be able to feel your breath getting in connection with the cycles of nature. Now, you can feel the slow beat of your heart, quiet and smooth. Keep breathing until your mind becomes silent. You can still hear the sounds of nature around you, or the relaxing music in your environment, but your mind is silent … Wait for some seconds in this state of deep meditation, allow yourself few minutes if you wish or need. Stay in this state of quietness and harmony. Imagine that aroundyou beings of light are gathering, beings who hear and estimate your desires and your loving thoughts … soon, one of them will approach … you can just feel it, or even see it … it could drop from above, or walking in front of you to join you. It could have a form which is known to you, a form of Angel or simply be a spectrum of light, or a sphere of light. It can arise even as a breath of wind, or the song of a bird … do not worry about the form in which it get manifested, trust your intuition. When you see it, or feel it, join your hands in a cup in front of your chest and wait a few seconds … the essence of light is going to give you a seed. It is a precious seed, a seed of light. When you feel that you have been given the seed, close your hands and protect him kindly. Take it to the heart, if you prefer, cherish it in your heart … keep it with you for a while and feel the warmth of this seed, feel its harmony, its peace, its light. Now, you are ready to plant your seed. Now, imagineto get up and get in the way. You could hear a voice that encourages you to do so, or, simply, sense that it’s time to move. In your state of deep meditation, imagine you are walking into a relaxing place for you. It can be a place that you know, or an imaginary place. After a while you will find a hill covered with fresh, green grass. If a voice is guiding you, you may hear it’s telling you to plant your seed there; if you are guided by your instinct, your perception will make you feel that this is the place to plant the seed. Keeping the seed guarded in your heart, imagine you sit on the ground, or kneel or you prefer. The hill where you are is covered with a blanket of fresh grass with a bright green colour. The ground is soft. Put your hands on the ground, feel the damp grass, smell the scent. Now, with a little pressure, sink your fingers into the earth. The ground is soft, you can soak your hands in it as if you were plunging in a pool of water. Dig a hole in which you can placethe seed. Now take the seed out of your heart and place it with the deepest calm in the hole you dug. Look at the light that fills the hole in the ground, then, gently, cover it with the excavated earth, you will see that the light does not fade. If so, make a few steps back, sit in contemplation and wait. After a few seconds, a seedling sprouts from the earth, it is of a brighten green. Immediately after the first leaves appear, and while the seedling starts to grow faster, the first branches sprout. Growth is faster and faster, in a few seconds the tree is already huge. This is your tree of meditation, visualize it as you would like it to be, or let it get manifested as it is supposed to be for you. The tree, which is growing in front of you, knows who you are and what you need. The seed you planted is now a large tree. This tree is your friend, honour him bowing to him and greeting him. He is at your service, but you must keep him safe and take care of him. Never forget him.
5. Now, after thanking him for coming to you, make your tree drink. Bringing your look a bit further, display a source of clear water. It may be a small stream, a mountain stream, a river, a waterfall, a lake or even a source. This is the source from which you will get water at any time you want to water your tree. Observe near you. You’ll see a container to collect water. It may be a bowl, a bucket, a glass or a watering can. Imagine the container that best suits you. With calm and slow gestures, pick it up, walk up to your source and fill it with clean water. Thanks the source and go back to your tree. Offer the water to your tree and see how the tree reacts. You could see its branches vibrate, its colours increase in intensity, see it growing even more, or simply feel that the tree is grateful to you.
Now, sit down again in front of the tree and listen to the harmony that got created around you. Just keep waiting, in the calm of the spirit and mind. The tree now is waiting to get at your service. When you feel that it’s time, get up and approached the tree. Stretch your arms and approach your palms to the mighty trunk of the tree. If you prefer, embrace the tree. You will immediately perceive his strength and his loving energy. You will feel protected and secure. With these perceptions, make a light pressure with the palms of your hands against the bark of the tree. You will feel as if your hands get into the tree, but that does not surprise you. Begin to feel that you are part of the tree and feel the harmony that surrounds this loving kingdom. Fearlessly advance; enter with all yourself until you completely fuse up to the tree. Now, you and the tree are one, a sole harmony. You will adapt easily to this wonderful state, perhaps it will even seem quite natural and normal, and so itis. Now that you are in total harmony and fusion with the tree, feel that your body takes the shape of the tree. The feet and legs are the roots sinking in the ground. The body, from the abdomen up to the shoulders, is the tree trunk. The head and arms are the foliage and tree branches that rise to the sky. Now you can interact with the tree and with the elements of nature. Ask to the earth to absorb your negative energy and through its power to transmute them into positive energy to be distributed to the planet, to the environment or to the universe. Take deep breaths, feel at each exhalation that the earth absorbs your negative energies. You may also see how the earth transforms them, but this is not essential. When you feel that the earth has absorbed and transmuted all negative energy, focus on the branches of the tree. Feel the wind in the leaves. Ask the wind to take your heavy thoughts, to lead them to the Sun to transmute them into ethereal thoughts made with creative energyfor the universe. Feel the wind collecting your heavy thoughts and leading them to the sun. If you want, you can watch them while they are carried away. Now you can feel the lightness of your body, your mind, your spirit. Now, ask the earth to nourish your body with vital energy and feel the force of the earth that is absorbed by the roots. You may feel like a lifeline that goes throughout your body or if your meditation is kind of visual, you may see the sap, in the form of red energy, which spreads along your body. Please wait a few seconds, until you feel the need. 10. Subsequently, in the same way, ask the fire to come from the centre of the earth, to wrap you with spiritual energy. Feel the warmth that comes from the centre of the earth and rises into the sky while the tree absorbs this energy. You can feel the warmth of the fire, knowing that it’s not burning, or you could see the orange and yellow flames dancing around you. Remain in contemplation until you feel the need. 11. Now bring your focus to the branches of the tree and ask the water to wash and quench your thirst with a purifying rain. Feel the rain, or watch it if your meditation is visual, while it falls on you through the leaves and slips on the bark until it penetrates in depth and cleanses every part of your body. You can also imagine the water in the form of a waterfall. Observe the residual waste that are absorbed by the earth and remember that the earth is transmuting them. Wait while you’re feeling clear water washing you, quenching the thirst, you may feel its freshness and purity. Stay in company of the water as much as you feel the need. 12. Concentrate back on the tree, its foliage, and now ask to the air to inebriate you with creative and regenerating energy. Feel the air that as a breeze penetrates through the leaves, or if your meditation is visual, see it while making the tree branches dangle. Remains in the company of the air as much as you feel the need. 13. Enjoy every momentof these moments. Now perceive the strength of all the elements that are still working on you. When you feel that you have absorbed the energy you need in all its forms, quietly, get out from the tree. It will be easy. Simply, you will see yourself moving a step forward and you will see or perceive your body getting out from the tree. Remain for a while with your tree, without looking for particular thanks. Simply stay silent while enjoying the peace and quietness that surround you. 14. When you’re ready, greet your tree (you can do it with a bow, clasping hands in the form of a flame on the heart or in the way you best prefer), then calmly open your eyes and get back into your reality. Take some time, a few minutes of relaxation, breathe deeply and stretch the limbs. If you want, you can quickly review in your mind what happened and sense the feelings that this makes you feel. Now, quietly, you can go back to your activities.
This is the first part of the meditation of the tree. You can use this meditation for yourself but also for the environment. As long as you are with the tree desire to use the meditation for your well-being, but also for the welfare of the environment and of the planet you live in. Remember that we are here as guests and as such it is our duty to respect the environment that hosts us. Repeat this meditation on a daily basis. You do not need the meditation to be protracted in time. Depending on the time you can afford you can stay with the tree just for a few minutes. In addition, visualisation is not required; remember that the main scope of this meditation is to activate and disseminate a positive thought, therefore meditation can also be reduced to simple thinking. You can think of a tree without necessarily seeing it, you can think of being in the tree without necessarily being a tree. What matters is the intention and the positive force of your thought. After a few days if youprefer, you will not even required to repeat the claims of purification and nourishment because the tree already knows what you need. Remember, however, to honour him when you come to him with the offer of water, and if some day you will not be able to dedicate to meditation, still send a thought to the tree in which you see yourself in the act to watering him. If you want, you can take with you the image of a tree or a plant, even artificial, to remind him. When your meditation is consolidated and the ceremony of purification and nutrition assimilated, you’re ready to switch to the connected meditation.
CONNECTED MEDITATION
The connected meditation is anything having as a purpose the Tree Meditation. The part devoted to ourselves, as purification or energetic food, can be considered an harmonic exchange where you give and receive according to the balance of the cosmic law. Now that we have strengthened our connection with the Tree, we are aware of this balance because as we have seen, the Tree is the bridge between the earth and the sky, which translated in terms of energy become body and spirit, physical and divine. It is time now to generate the light wave through the power of thought.
Find your perfect state of meditation, now it is not difficult to meet the tree. You know where it is in your ideal place of thought. In your state of meditation, go back before the Tree. Observe around you and the water container and, before starting, thank the tree with the offer of water. Repeat the sequence of purification and energetic regeneration, thinking or imagining the elements acting on you. Now, concluded the ritual for yourself, get out from the tree, sit in contemplation before the Tree and wait while your mind is calm and ready to communicate, through the tree, with the divine. Feel your breathing becoming slow and regular. When you’re ready mentally repeat: “I address my prayer to the universe”. You can create your own personal prayer if you like, or you can pray in this way: “May the world be dominated by Peace, by Love, Wisdom, Balance and Harmony; may I be a tool in the service of the divine to help bringing Peace and Harmony in the world; may this world and everycreature living there being enveloped by the Light and guided by Divine Wisdom”. If you wish, you can think of a condition to which you want to direct more light and energy, or remain neutral and let the cosmic intelligence welcome your thoughts and address it wherever deemed necessary. At the end of your prayer, imagine your light body rising from the soil of this planet and flying in the universe to observe the world from a distance. You can think about going to watch the world from the Moon, or from a Star, or just stop and float in the cosmos. From where you are, observe the Earth and imagine that your mind is projecting a beam of light to the Earth that, after reaching the planet, turns into a sphere of light that encircles the entire globe. Keep this thinking or this vision for how long you want, a few seconds, or even more if your concentration allows it. When you feel you have enlightened the world with your mind and want to return, push yourself to the Earth and go back infront of your tree. Give thanks with a bow acknowledging the divinity that is in the Tree and in you; if you want, mentally thank the tree saying: “Thank you for giving me this free space of connexion and prayer with the Universe”. Now, you can calmly get out of your meditation. Opening your eyes, try to feel your feelings, feel your breath. The calm that you are feeling right now represents the exchange occurred for what you did. The Universe is grateful to you. Thanks.
This is the guide for the Tree Meditation, after some days of practice it will be easy to remember each step. Remember that this meditation only requires the space that you can allow yourself. It is not necessary to stay for hours, just few minutes are enough, but be aware that your thinking is beneficial for you, for the environment, for the world and for the whole Universe. This meditation can be done individually, but it can also be performed in groups. If someone wants to, he can form a group and choose someone to serve as a guide to the meditation, but remember that this meditation has come for a peaceful scope, for the wellbeing of the world, of the humanity and of each creature hosted by this planet. No one is master in this meditation and no one has to seek profit out of it. A volunteer who leads a group is not a passive member but, on the contrary, while putting his availability at the disposal of the others, he boosts his stake to meditation. This is his reward. So it mustbe. The universe is grateful to you. Thank you.
Personal note The proposed timetable for the Tree Meditation is the one recommended by the guides, between 8pm and 9pm. Although the freedom given by extension permits to practice at any time of the day, to have a continuously connected network I advice, to those who can, to comply with the indication given by the masters. This will help to create the continuous connection in order to have a large group, always enabled for sending light and power of positive thinking in the world and in the universe. Thanks. The Universe is grateful to you.
