Dr. Lawrence Wilson, Eckhart Tolle and Glenn Beck are my heroes who have made miraculous changes in my life and I admire them with all of my heart. Dr. Wilson has over 30 years of Nutritional Balancing and Hair Analysis experience. Eckhart Tolle is a spiritual teacher and the author of the New York Times best seller book “Power of Now.”
I first contacted Dr. Wilson when I was 22 years old after years of research on my health issues. I read the articles on his website, as well as his books and every word rang with truth and power. I talked to him on the phone and told him what health ailments I was experiencing. He immediately told me I had Adrenal Gland Exhaustion. I was so impressed with Dr. Wilson’s knowledge because my parents and I had been looking for answers in regards to my health issues ever since my childhood without success. I had temper tantrums as a child for no reason even at times when I was involved with an activity I loved. In elementary school I developed chronic fatigue and it magnified the older I became. I would also black out at times, feel faint and weak if I didn’t eat, had low body temperature, muscle aches, and more. In elementary school, I was told by my doctor I had Hypoglycemia. I followed a recommended Hypoglycemia diet that my doctor wanted me to follow that consisted of higherprotein, however my health continued to decline. Throughout high school and college, I had visited highly reputable conventional medicine doctors and admitted myself to a hospital to have tests done on me. Intuitively, I always knew conventional medicine was not for me because of several reasons:
I decided to leave drug-based medical care behind me and started to research the healing arts. I saw a naturopathic doctor, an herbalist, a nutritionist and other holistic practitioners. Additionally, I experimented with numerous diets, remedies and supplements. The healing arts did not made a difference in my health until I found Dr. Wilson and Nutritional Balancing. Nutritional Balancing balances body chemistry by balancing the minerals in the cells of the body. This leads to increased vitality in the body. When vitality is increased, your body will remove health ailments in its own natural order and timing without the use of drugs. Balancing the body and increasing its vitality are not spoken much within the current medical system and many holistic practitioners ignore these concepts as well.
Adrenal Exhaustion is very common. According to hair analysis research, 70-80% of hair tests show weak adrenal glands. The medical profession is far behind when it comes to understanding adrenal gland problems. Many do not recognize Adrenal Exhaustion as a real health condition. Read more . Hair Mineral Analysis is just as good, and usually far better than any saliva, serum, or urine hormone tests. The hormone tests are not sensitive enough, and do not give the same information as a correctly interpreted hair mineral analysis.
Recovery from Adrenal Exhaustion and other health conditions is certainly possible with Nutritional Balancing and I am one case to prove it. Nutritional Balancing has changed my life and I will be forever grateful to Dr. Wilson for his expertise in this field. He is a loving man who truly wants to help others. I was fortunate to be able to meet Dr. Wilson in person a few times when I first started the nutritional balancing program. He is one of the most spiritual individuals I have ever met so far in my life. He is full of wisdom, compassion, intelligence, and spiritual gifts. Dr. Wilson has told me the purpose of life is to serve others!
I suffered an addiction (eating disorder) for nine years. To learn more about addictions read my article . It started my senior year of high school. I got brainwashed by the media and American culture that women need to be super skinny like models. I started dieting and not allowing myself to eat enough each day. As time passed, I became more obsessed with my weight and started running frequently. I was never happy with my weight even when I was thin. I had several scales at home and would weigh myself constantly. Eventually, this lead into a full blown Binge-Eating Disorder. Since I deprived myself of food for so long, I developed intense cravings for my favorite unhealthful foods such as pizza, soda, desserts, cheese, and Mexican food. I could easily eat a gallon of ice cream in one setting very quickly. At the beginning of my eating disorder, I would eat so much food until I would purge. Later on, my body got used to eating a lot of food, so my purging stopped, howeverguilt and shame built up inside of me. I was worried that I would start gaining weight from binging on an abundance of calories, so my Binge Eating Disorder progressed into Exercise Bulimia. I would binge on food and then afterwards, I would run for hours at a time. My cravings for food got so strong to the point that I had them from the time I got up in the morning until the time I went to bed. There were times I would lock myself up in my bedroom and just pray that I would not go into the kitchen and binge on food. I had difficulty holding jobs because the cravings were so intense that I had to leave my work to go binge. I was desperate to find an answer to stop my addiction. I read addiction books, tried countless diets and nutritional supplements to get well, attended support groups, saw a nutritionist, a counselor, a naturopathic doctor, an herbalist, a homeopathic practitioner, and a hypnotist. Furthermore, I admitted myself into an eating disorder treatment center. Ispent six years trying to find an answer to stop my addiction. Nothing helped me. I remember someone told me once, “stop looking for answers outside of yourself, the answer comes from within.”
A blessing came to me six years into my addiction. I came across “The Power of Now” book written by Eckhart Tolle, a spiritual teacher and author. Mr Tolle conveys simple messages in his teachings: “there is a way out of suffering and into peace” and “we are not our mind.” He recommends various meditation techniques to quiet the mind, connect to a state of inner peace, awareness, and the present moment where problems do not exist. These meditation techniques can be used as part of a nutritional balancing program since they involve grounding and centering, however they should not replace the that we recommend daily as part of a nutritional balancing program for spiritual development and healing. To learn more about Grounding and Centering click Meditation is nothing new and has been taught in monasteries and other places for thousands of years. The goal of meditation is to quiet the mind and to connect with the spirit, where inner peace is felt. Buddha’s simple definition ofspiritual enlightenment is “the end of all suffering.” The end of all suffering is to be free of your mind. I implemented meditation into my life daily after reading Eckhart’s “Power of Now” book and within three years my cravings and addiction vanished!
Meditation has unequivocally transformed my life! I owe a debt of gratitude to Mr. Tolle for his teachings based on the wisdom of the ancient spiritual masters that enabled me to heal my addiction and connect to my highest place within. I suggest everyone read Eckhart’s book “the Power of Now” to understand and attain spiritual enlightenment, which I define as being free from the ego. I also highly recommend the Meditation Observation exercise daily for and healing as part of a nutritional balancing program.
Glenn Beck is an American conservative and author who has a television program “Glenn Beck” on Dish Network on the Blaze channel and a nationally syndicated talk radio show. He is a constitutional stalwart who defends American values. He educates on the U.S. Constitution, history, and the American founders. He provides information on current events and all of his sources are fact based. He even tells his audience to do their own homework and research his sources since they are available to everyone. His slogan for Blaze channel is the “Truth Lives Here.” Mr. Beck stands for maximum freedom, maximum personal responsibility, private charity, right to life, freedom of religion, limited government, and family as the cornerstone of society.
Note: It is not about political parties to me. It is about standing for limited government, capitalism, and freedom! It is all about following our U.S. Constitution!
When I was younger, I did not understand politics very much because I was never taught this subject by my family or in school. I remember only one time I was taught in elementary school about the U.S. Constitution, however the lesson was to memorize only part of it word for word. There was no in depth explanation of what the Constitution stood for. It is very sad that our schools are not educating enough on our American founders, history, and our Constitution, which our country was founded on. Since I did not receive this education, I evolved into being a progressive and voted for progressive politicians. Progressives can be found in both Democrat and Republican parties. I used to contemplate what the progressives really stood for since they in my opinion, didn’t have a solid path of what they were striving for. Since progressivism did not bring me clarity, I became lost in politics and did not have much interest in it.
Later on in my life, in my thirties, one of my friends told me about Glenn Beck and his television program. I began to watch the program and just within a few days, a light bulb went on in my head and all the pieces came together for me! I finally understood what the U.S. was founded on: limited government, freedom, and personal responsibility! Instantaneously, I converted over to being a conservative and to this day, I have been one ever since! I truly believe that in order to fix our country’s economic and social problems, we need to educate our fellow Americans, especially our younger population on our Constitution and how our founders wanted limited government for all of us. It starts not only with education, but also taking personal responsibility for our own lives, especially our health. If we would eat healthy and take care of our bodies, then there would be less Americans on entitlement programs. Less individuals on entitlement programs would resolve our deficit spending andwould provide us with more personal and economic freedom.
I remember many years ago when I had an eating disorder, I had asked Dr. Lawrence Wilson to write a letter for me so that I could apply for a state entitlement program to provide me with health insurance since I was very ill mentally and physically at the time. I was not able to take care of myself back then. Dr. Wilson refused to do it. He believed I needed to take personal responsibility and not rely on the government. He taught me a valuable lesson.
I recommend everyone get healthy and start a nutritional balancing program and educate yourself and others on the U.S. Constitution, history, and our U.S. Founders. Furthermore, I recommend listening or watching Glenn Beck because he provides you with truthful information on current events and history. There are other media outlets that are biased and are dishonest. Mr. Beck will expose what our government is doing and will provide us with stories that the other outlets will not cover. If we take personal responsibility for our own lives and educate ourselves on our country’s founding principles, Americans will vote for the right politicians who will stand for freedom and limited government. The more we take from the government such as entitlements, the more power we are giving to the government and the more freedom we will lose.
There was a time when I went to Slovakia to see some friends during my high school years and I was shocked at how the country was not prosperous. This is because Czechoslovakia was under communist rule in the past. I came back to the U.S. after my travels and I was so glad to be home because of our freedom and prosperity. The more powerful government becomes, the less prosper the nation is. Freedom should be the priority for all Americans because we can make our own choices as individuals and follow our dreams and nobody can stop us, as long as we don’t harm others. We all need to stand for capitalism!
Mr. Beck continues to educate people on current events, how our country is troubled presently due to the progressive movement, and American history, so that we as people can turn back our country as being one of the most free and prosperous nations ever! I will always be appreciative to Mr. Beck who has converted me into a strong and proud conservative!
