Breathing Meditation Techniques for Beginners

My YOGA PARTIES are tailored to fit your needs and the needs of the attendees.  I will put together a healthy, fun, and alternative party for you.

Corporate or Bridal Showers

These events last between 1 and 1 ½ hours.  We will do an all-level yoga class, guided meditation and relaxing savasana.  I provide music and props (for up to 15 guests). 

Prices range from $100-$200 depending on your location and the number of guests.

Kids Parties

These events  last for 1 hour.  I will lead the kids in a creative practice with music, games, and stories.  I provide music and props (for up to 15 guests).
