Classes beginning soon!
We have heard from many people they would like to learn meditation without learning buddhism. Here at Midwest Meditation we are doing just that! All meditators are welcome, please contact us for sitting times.
What to bring: Something to sit on, like a cushion or pillow. Dress in loose clothing made of cotton or a cotton blend or any clothing that doesn’t make noise when you move. Bring a throw if you tend to get chilled easily.
Our classes are geared towards beginning meditators and will add advanced classes at a later time.
