Affiliate Zen Centers & Groups Meditation is recommended for everyone; the best way to learn meditation is from a teacher or experienced practitioners. We view introducing Zen andMindfulness meditation to the public as a service we offer to the community, regardless of whether or not you decide to continue after your first visit. We’re here to answer your questions about Zen training and practice in any of our affiliate Zen Centers nearest you. We offer to support your practice however we can.
