Still getting in one or two evening/bedtime meditations which really help to relax and wind down before going to sleep. There is one meditation that I’ve used in the morning a few times this week for self esteem. You are watching a movie of someone’s life, seeing them struggle with ups and downs, but they somehow always pull through, and then you apply this to yourself to get a self-esteem boost as you visualize something you achieved in the past that was a triumphant success. I tend to return to the same event for this, not sure why. But I would like to try and broaden the replay to visualize different times in my life when I triumphed over obstacles and difficult or challenging circumstances. This might be helpful, because often when I am mired in the day-to-day grind and feeling overwhelmed, I forget the amazing things I have done to get where I am today.
