A creative sequence of Yoga poses connecting breath and movement. Using the Asanas (postures) of Hatha Yoga, we create a flow of movement connected to our breath. We begin by gently awakening the body and gradually warming up to a Vinyasa inspired Yoga class focusing on fluid dance-like movements with each posture gracefully moving into the next. This class will focus on connecting with Body, Mind and Spirit.
