Walking Meditation poem by Edith M.
step by step letting my feet roll slowly from heel to toe I’m one with the forest the chirping of the insects gives my breathing rhythm
Energy Work
in candle light the outlines of the bodhisattvas their solemnness takes hold of me I close my eyes the teacher leads us into a world of imagination of fantastic daylight dreaming I’m falling endlessly but without fear ….back again I’m full of new energy
Group Meditation
embraced by nature I feel presented with a great present knowing that the present is the greatest present
shoulders stiff movements slow voices dim a little giggling here and there there’s expectation in the air a first experience will there be something new? will I catch it? will it catch me?
