Salt Lake City Insight Meditation Community

We welcome you to SLC Insight. We are a meditation community practicing in the Buddhist Vipassana tradition under the guidance of Insight Meditation teacher, Susie Harrington.

We meet weekly at the Zion Lutheran Church in Salt Lake City for an evening of sitting and walking meditation. We follow the meditation with a recorded dharma talk, or a live dharma talk by Susie Harrington as her travel schedule permits. The dharma talk includes tea and discussion. We would love to have you join us!

Day and Time: Thursday Evenings 6:30pm-8:30pm

Please arrive for sangha at 6:15pm. Our use of the building requires we lock the doors at 6:30pm when we begin. We will open the doors again to late comers between 7:30-7:45pm.

Place:   Zion Lutheran Church 1070 Foothill Dr. Salt Lake City, Utah

What to Bring: You may bring a cushion to sit on if you prefer. Chairs will be provided. A generosity donation, “dana”, to offer on the evenings there is a teacher, is sincerely appreciated.
